Neighborhood Map

The Lake-Union Neighborhood is in central Pasadena, California and includes primiarily residential and commercial areas, with a mixture of high, medium, and low-density uses. Our neighborhood includes college students and retirees, families and individuals, and businesses ranging from day cares to dentists to movie theaters.

The neighborhood is bounded by Corson Street on the north, Colorado Boulevard on the South, Lake Avenue on the west, and Chester Avenue on the east. It borders the South Lake Business Improvement District and the Lake Avenue Metro Station.

Lake-Union is entirely within Pasadena City Council District 5.
